Made-To-Order Items:
Each item is made to order by myself and shipped from the US. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time before your order is shipped out. Each order comes with tracking once it is shipped!
Please note that due to the handmade nature of each item, there may be slight differences in the product you receive. In other words, each piece is one of a kind
When will my order ship? (Premade Items)
Typically, it takes me 2-4 days to send out an order. Since I am doing everything by myself, this may vary based on number of orders, time of the year, and more! I am grateful for your patience!
When will I get my order?
Orders to the U.S. should arrive in 1-2 week(s), however this may vary based on different circumstances. International orders may take 2+ weeks to be received. Shipping times may vary nationally and internationally!
What if my order goes missing or something is wrong with my order?
I do not accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations. Once a package is handed off to the USPS, it is out of my hands. However, if there is an error with your order, please send me an email ([email protected]) with your name and order number. I will correct any mistakes made. If there is a mistake made with your address, please email me ASAP. If an order does get returned to me, I will request a repayment for shipping costs.
International Shipping Information:
I do ship internationally, however, policies may differ based on the destination of an order.

International Customs Fees:
All buyers must be aware of their country's customs fees and more! I am not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a package is sent back to me from customs, the following options are available:
1. The buyer can pay for the package to be sent to them again.
2. I can refund you the value of the items minus the shipping costs, but the product(s) must be in acceptable condition to proceed with the refund.

EU customers will have to pay additional VAT taxes and service fees once it arrives at your country's customs office. I, Cordelia Pierce, will not be collecting or remitting VAT, it will not be included in the item price or shipping cost. It will be collected when your package arrives at customs. Any additional fees, charges, or taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.
Customs may cause delays, so please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me.
